Job description
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across multiple cameras and locations
- Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities or security incidents
- Operate and control surveillance systems, recording devices, and alarm systems
- Maintain continuous observation of sensitive or high-risk areas
- Review recorded footage for investigations and incident analysis
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors or relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, observations, and incidents
- Ensure all CCTV systems are functioning properly and report faults immediately
- Coordinate with on-ground security teams for quick responses
