Job description
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle) to ensure safety and security
- Control access points; verify identification and maintain visitor logs
- Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches
- Operate surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control systems)
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and local laws Conduct regular inspections of premises, equipment, and systems
- Assist in crowd control and event security when required
- Write detailed daily reports and incident reports/ observational reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, or management when necessary
- To be able to use computer MS office applications ie MS Word, MS excel and Outlook for data entry, reporting and understanding the security software for patrolling purposes.
- To be able to understand and carry out the post specific duties and assignments regardless of the duty shift/ overtime and special instructions from the employer.
